Questions
Before you ask
Do I have to sign a lease?
No. You sign a short month-to-month vendor license. It gives you permission to use your spot without a long-term commitment, and either side can end it with 30 days' notice.
Can I book more than one site?
Yes. Many trucks run a lunch site on weekdays and an evening site on weekends. Choose every site you want on the request form.
Is there power or water on site?
It varies by lot. Plan to be self-contained unless we confirm a hookup for your pad. Ask about any site and we'll tell you what's there.
Who handles city permits for the lot?
We secure the property-side approvals for each site. You keep your own truck permits current: county health permit, business license, seller's permit, and insurance.
What am I looking at in the 3D map?
Google's photorealistic 3D imagery of the real property. Image dates vary by location. Pad layouts in each site panel are simplified diagrams, and exact pad placement is confirmed with you before your first day.
